Hudson Etienne is the Founder and President of TAX DRx Financial Corp which he conceived in 2000 after seeing a need for high quality tax resolution in the world of traditional tax preparation and tax planning.

Hudson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering with a minor in finance and accounting from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), as well as having obtained certifications as a Registered Financial Consultant, an Enroll Agent, license with the IRS to act as a tax resolution intermediary, and is in the process of becoming a Certified Financial Planner.

Hudson's goal for TAX DRx is to provide high quality Tax Preparation and Resolution Services through the TAX DRx Franchise System. Hudson believes that strong independent and well trained business owners will bring quality and competency back into the tax preparation business. His passion is to help entrepreneurs reach their professional and personal goals by providing a vehicle through which they can prosper and grow.

As a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants (NACFC), Hudson believes in that continued education and affiliation with strong professional organizations are a key success in any profession. A recognized entrepreneur and innovator, he has received numerous honors, including the Award of Excellence from the New Jerusalem Baptist Church, and the Paul Harris Fellow for his community service. He formerly served as President of the Rotary Club of Roselle-Roselle Park.

Hudson has engaged in numerous public speaking engagements, has appeared on The Wendy Williams Experience, Money Making Mondays with Andrew Morrison and the KISS Wake-Up Club, and is quoted widely for his expertise. Born in Haiti and raised in New Jersey, he is the proud father of two children.
